Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Intern with a Mechanical or Environmental Engineering background to join the YTG The intern will gain hands-on exposure to sustainability consulting, industry engagement, and applied technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in related program trainings and workshops alongside the YTG team.
- Support in technical assessments and data collection related to: Water efficiency, Energy efficiency, GHG emissions reduction, Waste management.
- Assist in developing tailored solutions and recommendations for Egyptian industries.
- Contribute to research and preparation of reports, case studies, and presentations.
- Collaborate with business and innovation teams to translate technical findings into practical sustainability solutions.
- Support ongoing YTG projects and partner engagements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Current student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering,
- Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Strong interest in sustainability, energy, and environmental management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
- Familiarity with sustainability standards, audits, or industrial processes is a plus.
