Samir El-Shewy is a software engineer and business solutions expert with 15+ years of leadership experience in Information Technology sector.

In 2013, Samir became the CEO and Founder of OrbScope, is a full-service software house based in Egypt and was established in 2013. We craft advanced and fully integrated solutions, outstanding services in addition to deliver successful cloud-based applications, IoT , Sustenablity – Eco systems and Mobile Applications, etc…

Samir is currently OrbScope’s CEO and a member of the Board of Directors. His responsibilities include overseeing all the organization’s sales strategies, team directors, partner contracts and opportunities for new industry developments. His primary goal is to position the company for continued growth by diversifying the company’s product portfolio and expanding the sales support channels to medium-to-large businesses in different sectors.

Prior to OrbScope Samir worked as Manager of Informatics Department ,Deputy Director of the Centre for Environment and Sustainable Development and Deputy Director of Information Technology Center at Modern Academy for Computer Science and Management Technology in Maadi.

Samir El-Shewy holds a B.S.C in Management Information System Modern Academy in Maadi , Master’s degree of Information Technology from Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport (A Proposed Configurable Approach for Recommendation Systems Via Data Mining Techniques) and also PHD studies of Business Information Systems from Helwan University (Artificial Approach for Reducing Carbon Footprint in Telecommunication Sector in the era of Data Science)…
