After months of preparations, The highly anticipated youth event of the year, #COY17.
We are proud and honored to be responsible for establishing and fostering 40+ partnerships for this international event.
Business Development and Partnerships Executive at Youthinkgreen Egypt, Mohamed Ageez is COY17 Partnerships and Finance Officer.
Ageez gave a keynote during the press launch event, and he praised the combined efforts of all of our partners and leading organizations in their respective fields. Also, he mentioned that the main factor to having a successful COY is to bring all stakeholders together under one purpose; which is empowering world youth in climate action.
We are very proud to bring 140 flag-count youth to Sharm Elsheikh to prepare the Global Youth Statement, which is a substantial policy document for youth. This takes place in climate negotiations during COP27.
